Designed and deployed a centralized CEU Oakland dashboard integrating SAM, ESSMR, asset, financial, and inspection data, replacing disconnected spreadsheets with a single source of truth. Pulled asset data directly from the system of record into the SSMR maintenance-request system, automating most data entry and preserving data integrity. Now serves 71+ units across DNW and DSW; extended to CEUs Juneau and Honolulu, enabling automated management of DLM, OBBBA-funded DLM, and minor PC&I programs.

Used Power Automate to pull data directly from maintenance requests and auto-draft authorization memos — saving significant team man-hours and standardizing data accuracy. Execution grew from 52 projects / $746K (FY24) to 76 projects / $2.00M (FY25), a 169% increase in funding delivered.
